To exercise this right, you must submit a withdrawal request through our EU Order Withdrawal Form before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the applicable products to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Returned items must comply with our return requirements.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping, postage, packaging, insurance, and any other costs associated with returning products to us, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
